The hotel rooms were not as advertised, clearly booked through a third party. They were located above a restaurant with continuous loud music. Additionally, our kids ended up across the street without us knowing. However, the location was fabulous, albeit crowded during late December, overlooking the beautiful pool area. The dining experience was lovely with a variety of options available but the hot dogs were particularly good.
The hotel was very clean and worth what you paid for. However, it was directly above a restaurant that played loud music all day long, and I had to pay additional to upgrade to a small room located very close to the buffet breakfast area, making it difficult to sleep in.
The hotel, while being across the noisy main road and our kids ending up in a separate building, offered a nice and fun service experience. The location, with convenient access to the beach and walkable to various attractions, was a highlight. The dining options were delicious, but the service fell short in attentiveness.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms overlooked the lagoon pool, providing a lovely view. However, it was a bit noisy and smelly due to nearby restaurants, which was not ideal for us.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the room was clean and well-done, it felt too small for three adults and lacked enough outlets. The noise from outside and the pungent smell from nearby restaurants were quite offputting. On the bright side, the suite upgrade offered more space and comfort, making it more pleasant.
Across the road, my room was at the end of the building, a last room. The hotel is situated by drug dealers but has access to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was average with painfully slow attendants but diligent security measures. The dining experience was not up to par with high school-like atmosphere and flies all over the food. The location is good but not worth the money spent. On the bright side, the facilities were clean and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay.
The hotel is centrally located in Tamarindo, making it a convenient spot for exploring the town. The rooms, though a bit small for two full beds, are cozy and nicely furnished. The service was friendly and kind, adding a pleasant touch to my stay. The dining options were great, although they could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few small room for improvement.

However, the location was exceptional with proximity to the beach and dance clubs. The service was not always reliable, and there were issues with heavy construction during pool use. The dining experience needed improvement, excluding the excellent breakfast with a variety of dishes. Overall, the facilities were decent, but some aspects require attention.
To our greatest surprise, the hotel could have been a bit more luxurious. What I booked on Bookings didn't have enough drawers. The location is perhaps the most convenient in Tamarindo, with beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities. The dining options are tasty, but there are some issues below the standard of a top-tier hotel.
